Sorry for sending another email on the topic.
When doing additional tests on my server I realised I wasn't testing the correct mediawiki instance (I have both the old one and the new one installed) :facepalm:
When testing the new one it turns out our custom skin is not compatible with recent versions of MediaWiki. So I will be postponing the upgrade.
If somebody wants to take a look at upgrading the skin, it can be found in our GitHub repository:
