[Scummvm-devel] New website proposal - asking for feedback

I removed support for older browsers. The new site depends on modern
browser features from the last 5 or so years.

P.S. If we decide to move ahead with the changes, I will be mostly
unavailable until next Sunday to do fixes as feedback rolls in.
