Android 2.5.1 release builds

The linked file is a 7z archive that contains four (4) apks for the four
android architectures we support:
- android-arm-v7a (versionCode = 69)
- android-arm64-v8a (versionCode = 70)
- android-x86 (versionCode = 71)
- android-x86_64 (versionCode = 72)

Notes:
- This release for Android cannot be uploaded on the Play Store, due to our
target API being lower (29) than the minimum one requested by Google (30)
since Nov 2021.
- The x86 build is built with --disable-nasm, due to a known bug with HQ
asm scalers (which is fixed in an upcoming PR)
