[scummvm-devel] ScummVM 2.7.1 release: Started

Hi Team,

Since there were no requested adjustments to the schedule, the 2.7.1
release is officially launching today.

The remaining schedule is:
 - 2023-07-14 (Friday) tagging
 - 2023-07-31 (Sunday) the release

Please make sure you backport all the desired changes to branch-2-7 and do
not forget to mention the most notable ones in the NEWS.md file.
