[scummvm-devel] ScummVM 2.7.1 release schedule

Hi Team,

As mentioned on Discord, we would like to kick off the 2.7.1 release cycle.

The proposed schedule is:

 - 2023-07-01 release cycle start
 - 2023-07-14 (Friday) tagging
 - 2023-07-31 (Sunday) the release

We will be tagging from branch-2-7, so if you have any bugfixes to
backport, there is time for the next two weeks. Please, don't forget to add
relevant info to NEWS.md file.

if you have any adjustments or proposals, please chime in.
