If it's all the same to the M$ compiler, then my opinion is that the
file should stay but the name change. Given the explanation (thanks!)
the name is not only cryptic but also incorrect, so if there is no
technical reason why it must have this name, it should be changed to
something better. Pike (<URL:http://pike.ida.liu.se/>) uses the name
"global.h" for a file with approximately the same function, but I
don't have any strong preference for any particular name. It's just
that the current name is pretty bad.
