[Scummvm-cvs-logs] CVS: scummvm README,1.67,1.68

Please add this section back. The CD bug and Indy3/Indy4 fighting bugs at
least are -very- relevant to avoid idiotic questions and bad user
experience, so users know the bug exists -before- playing.

The compatability list is no useful for Known Bugs as it is updated withy
CVS - thus a known bugs section is still needed to contain bugs for that
specific release.
