Commit Message:
BUILDBOT: Split "Heavy" engines variable into master/stable versions.

Since an engine may not be present in the stable build i.e. as
wintermute is currently, passing it to the configure script, even as
--disable-engines=X will result in a configuration error.

To prevent this, have split the variables and pass them to the relevant
master/slave builders configureargs variables.
