209907d01e SCI: Screen pixel optimizations

Commit: 209907d01ea2ddfb2ec4bdc252bbd010ed67171d
    https://github.com/scummvm/scummvm/commit/209907d01ea2ddfb2ec4bdc252bbd010ed67171d
Author: Martin Kiewitz (m_kiewitz at users.sourceforge.net)
Date: 2016-02-06T23:41:20+01:00

Commit Message:
SCI: Screen pixel optimizations

Put things like putPixel() into screen.h, so that it can be inlined.
Also don't use look up tables for those methods anymore and instead
calculate offsets manually, because that should be faster.

Changed paths:
    engines/sci/graphics/screen.cpp
    engines/sci/graphics/screen.h
