Revert "BUILDBOT: Move ScummVM Buildbot Links from HTTP to HTTPS."

This reverts commit 558e30c8b3ab57b4cbda87ba6e262124a1423085.

The buildbot is failing to run either SingleBranchSchedulers triggered
by Git commits since 2018-09-26 or the Nightly schedulers since
2018-09-27. The reasons for this are unclear, but reverting changes to
the master.cfg config to see if this restores function.
