MEDIA: Remove alpha from ios7-tinted and ios7 icons

Inkscape always adds alpha to images. This is not allowed for the iOS
icons, except for the dark mode icons. Remove alpha from the tinted
and legacy icons.

MEDIA: Re-add low-res icons for the low-res Apple devices

The first iPad mini has a low-res screen and wants icons with 1x
scaling only. Re-add these icons.
