DIRECTOR: Force true color mode for Bioscopia

The movie is authored 16-bit; in the default 8-bit mode its bitmaps
keep their raw indices under the Win system palette and render as noise.

Fixes corrupted logo colors at boot in bioscopia (Transfer/Bioscopia.exe)
