AUDIO: Switch Nuked-OPL3 to Nuked-OPL3-fast fork

Replace the bundled upstream Nuked-OPL3 core with the Nuked-OPL3-fast
fork. The fork produces identical output to upstream but reduces
per-sample work. API unchanged. nuked_wf_rom.h holds a lookup table
refactored out of what were helper functions in the hot path of
Nuked-OPL3.
