Summary: Graphic Bugs (Black Screen, Wrong Color)

Initial Comment:
Under Windows 98 and NT after changing 
programm with Tab and going back a black screen 
is shown or there are wrong colors. Iuse the version 
from the 18.8 and haven't compiled it myself i 
downloaded the compiled version. My Games are 
German. I mean this bug wasn't in version 0.2.0 
already. 
PS: My Virus programm says there is a virus in the 
download file so i tested it only on an bad for me 
unimportant computer (bad hardware).
