English CD-talkie, Mac OSX

According to the documentation Alt-Enter should toggle
between windowed and fullscreen modes. This key combo
has no effect on Mac OS X.

The config file and the fullscreen checkbox in the game
options at the startup menu work correctly. But there
is no way to toggle after you start playing.
