Summary: SIMON: Strange percussion in "Oaf" music

Initial Comment:
About 35 seconds into the song that plays in the scene
where you encounter the "oaf", there are some strange
percussion noises. This continues until the track loops.

I've verified that this happens with the December 17
Windows snapshot in simon1win. I haven't checked if it
also happens in simon1talkie.
