Summary: CVS: binaries damaged

Initial Comment:
I tried to get the latest revision of ScummVM using a
complete checkout of the scummvm dir with the
commandline shown in the cvs-section of sourceforge:
cvs -z3 -
d:pserver:anonymous at cvs.scummvm.sourceforge.net:/c
vsroot/scummvm co scummvm

But the ScummVM logo looks strange so i compared it
with the original one, it seems that all 0x0A were
converted into 0x0D0A.
Apparently scummvm.ico isn't marked as binary and
perhaps there are other project files that also need to be
marked (like scummvm.proj) so CVS doesn't convert
them like text-files.

Btw, I'm using the windows version of cvs.
