Summary: Loom masking fix/hack

Initial Comment:
This extends the hack used to fix the "healing Rusty"
glitches so that it also covers the case described in
bug #635491. So most of the patch is just to update the
comments.

I really wish I knew how to fix this bug properly, but
that will have to wait until after 0.3.0. At least this
shouldn't possibly break any other games.
