ScummVM, latest CVS snapshot

When I enter the pipe factory I hear a background sound
(from the conveyor belt?) that stops a few seconds
later, when the welder is first heard.

Personally, I wouldn't want the sound to play all the
time because it'd make it really hard to make out the
conversation, but is it supposed to behave like this?
