Summary: Palette cycling issues

Initial Comment:
There appear to now be colour cycling issues in the 

kitchen in the scumm bar, and also in the Fort on 

monkey island, which now cause the whole screen to 

cycle its palette.



This using version 0.5.3cvs. Seemed to be okay in the 

latest stable release.
