Summary: CMI: Silencing the music

Initial Comment:
The music keeps playing during the "The Monkeys Are
Listening" screen. This patch fixes that by
interpreting state music 1000 ("STATE_NULL") as a
request to stop the music. (Actually it should fade the
music out, but I don't know how to achieve that yet.)

I don't know if the same thing should apply to The Dig
and Full Throttle as well, but it looks like the code
could/should be a bit more unified for these three games...
