Summary: Smoothing for 1x and 3x modes

Initial Comment:
I think it would be great if there were smoothing modes for non-scaled (1x) and 3x scaled images.

At the moment there are

"1x": normal
"2x": 2x, 2xsai, super2xsai, supereagle, advmame2x
"3x": 3x

Smoothing looks better than the original "pixeled" graphics, so it would be nice if there was (at least one for each) smoothing modes for the other scalings.
