Summary: joystick support

Initial Comment:
Having the ability to control the game with a joystick
would be handy for machines without mouse (and/or
keyboard), like game consoles.

Support for mapping joystick buttons (most models have
more than two) to game functions (pause, load/save
menu, restart) would be useful too.
