Initial Comment:
I was playing the talkie version of DotT and turned off
the subtitles.  The little bits of cutscene text that
have no matching audio (such as "Meanwhile", "Epilogue"
and the "Five hours later" when Bernard is picking up
all the coins) don't show up, there's just a black
screen.  Similarly, the end credits don't show up when
subtitles are disabled.  These pieces of text should
always be displayed even in "voices only" mode.
