Summary: DIG: Jerky scrolling

Initial Comment:
Actor-synced scrolling is jerky.

In the original DIG scrolling was perfectly synced to the
actors. When you walked right on a big screen the actor
stayed in one position with a walking animation and the
background scrolled smoothly to the left, in the same
speed the actor would walk.

In ScummVM scrolling is too fast so it constantly has
to wait for the actor to keep up and then races ahead
again, producing verky jerky scrolling.

Scrolling in general is too fast in DIG, in some cases
you can look up to the sky (first screen on new planet)
or down some pit (lens puzzle with energy rays) where
you can hardly see what's between that start end the
end of the scrolling. Was way slower in the original.

Tested using the most current CVS-build (03/09/2003)
on WinXP with an English version of DIG.

This problem may occur in other games (similar bug-
entry for FOA), but I think in most cases scrolling was
triggered by an area rather than synced to an actor.
