Summary: DIG: Mouseover texts at wrong Y-coordinate in "tall" rooms

Initial Comment:
The mouseover texts - I believe they're drawn by
drawDescString() - are drawn at the wrong Y-coordinate
in rooms that are taller than the screen. It looks like
they're always drawn at the same spot, regardless which
part of the room is visible. This can be seen when
exploring the underground area of Atilla, early in the
game.

It's probably just a matter of adding an offset - the
camera position, perhaps - but I don't know this part
of the code well enough yet to fix it myself.

The version I tried was the March 25 CVS snapshot.
