Summary: FOA: crashes when moving south in ballon

Initial Comment:
When in North Africa and flying in the ballon, heading south to a 
lower map causes the vm to "Unexpectedly Quit". I'm using the new 
0.40 on Mac OS X 10.2.6.

Moving east onto another map works, it's just south that's killing it.

I've attached the savegame I'm using where the problem's occuring.
