Initial Comment:
Hi, I found a bug. When i run BASS on highest speed 
setting, it sometimes doesnt show the dialogue when 
clicking people. Foster will say something to initate the 
dialogue, but won't get any response. The problem 
seems related to the person moving around.

I used the gamedata downloadable from 
www.scummvm.org (cd version)

I tried it with the win32 snapshot, scummvm -v gives:
ScummVM 0.5.5cvs (Nov 17 2003 11:23:11)
