Summary: MT-32 pitchbend range patch

Initial Comment:
This patch corrects the transmission of pitchbend range 

information for MT-32 devices. Since pitchbend range is 

normally sent as a Registered Parameter Control Change, 

and these Control Change messages were defined after 

the MIDI 1.0 spec, the MT-32 does not respond to 

them. The MT-32 implemented its own pitchbend range, 

accessible via direct memory access from SysEx 

messages.



This patch is in response to Bug [812737]. Since I do 

not have an MT-32 and have no way of testing whether 

it works, you'll have to test it and post results, 

logicdeluxe.
