Summary: SWORD: Cluster File Compression

Initial Comment:
It would be nice to support compression
on the cluster files from sword2 and perhaps sword1.

The cluster files (speech and music excluded)
are highly compressable.

I tried compressing them with gzip.

As a result all files compress to at least half their size.

For example:

Quaramon.clu @ 25.6 MB
Quaramon.clu.gz @ 7.3 MB

Please consider this....
