Initial Comment:
This error has been posted by some other user before:

On some pocket pcs the clock at the today screen 
disappears after installing ScummVM and can only be 
restored by a hard reset. While this old bug report is 
already closed because the bug was identified, i want to 
report, that this bug is still there in Version 0.6.1b
