Initial Comment:
This patch simply replaces the code in
GmMusic::setVolume() with a call to setFMVolume(). I've
tested it with the ALSA and seq drivers under Linux,
and with the windows driver under Windows. It seems to
work, and since I don't think the volume is ever
changed on individual channels I think it should work.

But I'm not quite sure, so I don't want to apply it
right away. Besides I don't know if the same thing
should apply to Mt32Music::setVolume().
