Summary: Restoring last selected game selection

Initial Comment:
This patch restores the last selection the user made before 
quitting ScummVM.
Additionally it adds integer and domain name checking to 
conf-manager.

To store the last selection Launcher::close() was added and the 
#ifdef __PALM_OS__ removed.
