Summary: Wrong position of background on Blood Isle

Initial Comment:
When I first got to Blood Island, and went into the map 
view, the island wasnt fully on the screen. But as I 
walked to the left, it scrolled. It shouldnt normally be 
doing this. I think it has something to do with Skull 
Island.
