Summary: Loom FM-TOWNS: Minor bug with dialogue text shading

Initial Comment:
Hello.

I'm using ScummVM version 7.0 (the daily build from 10
November). I'm playing the English FM-TOWNS version of
Loom on a machine with Windows XP.

The bug is quite minor, but it's been present since
Loom FM Towns support was introduced. It involves the
manner in which shading is drawn from the dialogue letters.

In the original FM-TOWNS interpreter, the letters in
dialogue are given shading, in the form of 1 grey pixel
below and 1 grey pixel to the right of every pixel of
the letter itself (unless another pixel goes on top of
the shading).

However, ScummVM does the style of shading used in the
floppy version of Loom, which is very similar, except
that it also includes 1 pixel of shading down and to
the right of every pixel of a letter. (Think of the 3
key relative to the 5 key on a keyboard number pad.)

My request is for ScummVM's Loom FM-TOWNS letter
shading code to be modified so it matches the original
interpreter.
