Summary: Options menu contains wrong item

Initial Comment:
When running the Mac OS X CD in ScummVM, the top option in the 
options menu is "Reading Speed," as in the floppy version, which 
only allows the option "Fast" to be selected. This should, as it is 
under the official interpreter, be "Show Dialogue" instead.

I'm using a CVS build compiled using GCC 4.0 under Mac OS X 
10.4.2.
