Initial Comment:
In elaboration to the second part of my last bug report, I 
have noticed that the following issue happens 
throughout the game at various different times.

When I choose what to say, riff will not say anything 
and no text is displayed. The character to whom riff is 
speaking to will respond as if they have predicted what 
Rif was about to say. Much like a claiervoyant.

what to do to experience this bug first hand, in my last
