Version 0.8.0.a

There is no start button in scummvm for MI Sega CD, which makes it 
impossible to get to the options screen...From there (in when on Sega CD) 
you can change options and input passcodes to warp ahead in the game 
(since the Sega CD didn't really have a way to save games).
