Summary: CVS version of ScummVM refuses to start the game

Hi!

I compiled the CVS version of ScummVM a few days ago,
but it refuses to start BASS with the message Unable to
find "scy.cpt" file! Please download it from
www.scummvm.org. The game starts fine with 0.6.1 (Debian).
