Summary: error with pirate song english version

Initial Comment:
the rest o the game plays fine up to this point

the pirates just bounce up and down without singing and
there are no text options for me.

I can't get any further into the game.

if anybody knows how to fix this, or has a save file
for right after the song scene (normal difficulty) i'd
appreciate it
