Just a really small fix for the issues affecting BASS
that are outlined here:
http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1159734&group_id=37116&atid=418820

I'm a musician and by no means a coder, so I hope I
didn't screw up these fairly simple additions. They
work fine for me after compile, but someone else ought
to just test and see that there are no regressions.
