Summary: SDL_SetVideoMode error

Initial Comment:
When trying to run ScummVM, I receive the following 
message:
WARNING: SDL_SetVideoMode says we can't switch 
to that mode!
How do I change/fix the set mode if I cannot start the 
program?  I have tried uninstalling and re-installing, as 
well as deleting all files and starting from scratch, but 
none of this has worked.
