Summary: build fails on Mac OS X 10.2.8 when MT32 emulation is used

Initial Comment:
ScummVM 0.8.0 cannot be built on Mac OS X 10.2.8
without disabling MT32 emulation.
One problem is the use of the "powf" function in the
MT32 emulator, which is not present on Mac OS X 10.2.8
(only "pow" is defined in
/usr/include/architecture/ppc/math.h).
