Summary: ZAKV1 Zak overdraws house when clicking mailbox then stairs

Initial Comment:
Tested with CVS 10/16/2005 on Win32

This bug appears in V1 Classic DOS & C64 using CVS!
This bug does not happen in DOSBox.

Simply click on the mailbox, you don't even have to do 
something with it, then walk up the stairs to zaks 
house. Zak is overdrawing his house while moving up.
