Summary: Possible fix for confusing "talk speed" behaviour

Initial Comment:
I'm feeling much too timid today to simply apply this
patch. ;-)

As discussed in bug #1337498, the "talk speed/delay"
dialog in the SCUMM engine is a bit confusing, since +
causes the gauge to decrease and - causes it to increase.

With this patch, the gauge will show the inverse of the
value it's actually setting instead.
