Initial Comment:
Although the DXA support is nice, it can be a pain to
use encode_dxa (command-line). The RAD Game Tools can
turn the smk into an avi. 

If that's not possible, they make avi to mpeg2
converters, and ScummVM already has support for mpeg2.
