Summary: Ability to change GUI color

Initial Comment:
I don't wish to knock the current color of the GUI
(green), but the ability to change it would be a warm
welcome. If the color is set by code, it shouldn't be
too difficult to allow the user to specify an alternate
color. A variable could be added to the INI (or even a
selection in the options menu of the GUI itself).
