Summary: WINCE: dpad mouse emulation

Initial Comment:
The dpad mouse emulation does not work correctly on VGA
devices when using the 2x filter on landscape
orientation. The mouse is moving only on an area which
is about 1/4 from the screen, on the top left side.
Trying to furter move the mouse to the right or to the
bottom does not work.
