Initial Comment:
All *.vrm encodes except for dead.vrm, which gives the
following error:

WARNING: Unsupported VOC block type: 04!
Assertion failed: real_samplerate != -1, file
compress.c, line 294

Also something to note; when encoding 269 bytes files
like CASTLE.VRM, compress_kyra turns them in to 761
bytes files (using lame).
