Summary: Scroll tile pulling doesn't work

Initial Comment:
If I try to pull the scroll tile down at the main GUI 
when selecting a game it doesn't move. The only way I 
can scroll up and down is by pressing keys or pressing 
at an empty spot with the mouse so that it scrolls up 
just a little bit by one one clicking.

I think one week ago it worked. I was testing with 
latest CVS build under Windows XP.
